Travel Cath Lab / EP Technologist - $3,286 per week

About the role

American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab/EP Technologist with 3+ years of interventional cardiac cath lab experience and ARRT or RCIS certification. Assignment details: start date October 12, 2026, 13‑week duration, 40 hours per week, day shift (5×8 hrs) with optional 4×10 hr shifts.

Responsibilities

• Accurate patient monitoring
• Equipment setup and access site preparation
• Recognition of life‑threatening arrhythmias
• Maintaining and stocking cath lab equipment and supplies
• Following isolation precautions and proper PPE protocols

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in interventional cardiac cath lab
• BLS and ACLS certification
• ARRT or RCIS certification (license if applicable)
• Epic charting system experience preferred

Skills

• Diagnostic and left/right heart catheterizations
• PCI, PTCA, TAVR, Watchman, IABP, Impella, ASD closures
• Vascular closure systems
• Hemodynamic monitoring, equipment setup, sterile field maintenance
• Knowledge of upper and lower extremity vascular studies and angiography

Pay

Pay package based on 8‑hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

• Day shift: 5×8 hrs (8:00 AM–4:30 PM) with optional 4×10 hr shifts
• On‑call required one shift per week and every third weekend
• 40 hours per week
• Start date: October 12, 2026
• Assignment length: 13 weeks
