Travel Cath Lab / EP Technologist - $2,944 per week

About the role

American Traveler is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a travel job in Mansfield, Texas. Work in a Cardiac Cath Lab, EP Lab, and Interventional Radiology setting using Epic EMR. Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, PCI, PTCA, stent placement, IABP/Impella insertion, pacemaker insertion, and vascular studies utilizing fluoroscopy and Siemens imaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Equipment setup, prepping access sites, scrubbing/maintaining sterile field, and stocking supplies
• Recognize and respond to life‑threatening arrhythmias and utilize rapid response/code teams as needed

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab Technologist experience
• ACLS and BLS certification required
• ARRT‑R or RCIS certification required
• State license required if applicable (only required for ARRT‑R, not RCIS)
• Epic EMR experience required
• Prior travel assignment experience required
• Proficiency in vascular access, angioplasty, stent placement, and vascular closure systems (Perclose, StarClose)
• Experience with equipment setup, sterile field maintenance, and infection control practices
• State‑issued ID, SSN, and DOB required for consideration

Pay

Pay package is based on 10‑hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

• Shift: Days, 4×10‑hour shifts (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM) with a rotating day off
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Call required
• Assignment length: 13 weeks, start date Oct 26, 2026
