Meda Health is seeking a Case Manager RN for a travel assignment in an acute care hospital setting in Eureka, California.
About the role
This is a travel nursing position in Acute Care Case Management. Applicants must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel stipend and travel-related benefits.
Responsibilities
- Provide case management services in an acute care hospital setting.
Requirements
- Active RN state licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of two years of experience in case management or related acute care setting.
Schedule
- Start Date: 09/08/2026
- Duration: 13 weeks
- 40 hours per week
- Shift: 8 hours, days (07:00:00 - 15:30:00)
Pay
Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, including a tax-free stipend (amount to be determined).
