Travel Cardiopulmonary Respiratory Therapist - $1,762 per week

About the role

American Traveler is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week night shift contract at a Critical Access Hospital in eastern Montana.

Responsibilities

• Works with all age groups, including newborns
• Performs respiratory treatments and diagnostic testing across all age groups in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Aids in patient and family education on respiratory diseases and medications
• Contributes to discharge planning for respiratory patients
• Contributes to multidisciplinary team collaboration
• Uses proficiency with a variety of respiratory equipment

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential required
• Montana state license required if applicable
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required
• Newborn experience required
• Epic EMR experience required

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

12-hour day shifts on a 6 on / 8 off rotating schedule
