Travel Cardiology Clinic RN - $2,178 per week
About the role
Provides professional nursing care to patients following established standards, practices, and healthcare techniques. Demonstrates competence in making professional judgments pertaining to patient care. Assists providers in patient care and education. Actively participates as a member of the healthcare team to engage patients, families, and caregivers in the coordination of patient care.
Responsibilities
- Administers a variety of Cardiac medications and treatments.
- Utilizes various types of equipment for examination and treatment procedures for Cardiac patients.
- Communicates clearly and effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
- Affords assistance in patient education and care coordination.
- React calmly and effectively during emergency situations.
- Identifies and analyzes problems, prioritizes tasks, and recommends effective solutions.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- One year of nursing experience as an RN with some Cardiac experience.
- Must hold a valid Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license.
- Must meet the American Heart Association's standards for Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) and renew BLS every two years.

Pay
Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
This position requires a Monday through Friday day shift, in a fast-paced medical office environment.
Assignment Duration
This is a 13-week contract position.
