About the role
Jackson Nurse Professionals is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiology for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in State College, Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients with cardiovascular conditions under the supervision of a physician.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to established standards.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- 2 years of recent experience in Cardiology.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (certifications vary by location).
- Valid license and/or certification in the state of practice.
- Valid driver's license.
- Background check and drug screen required.
Qualifications
- 2 years of recent experience in Cardiology.
- Current BLS required (certifications vary by location – job may require ACLS).
- Valid license and/or certification in the state of practice.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Background and drug screen.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
