Travel Float Pool Med/Surg Tele RN – Quick Highlights
- Unit: Float Pool – must float across 8 units
- Shift: Days/Eves/Nights – rotating
- Hours: 36 hrs/week
- Weekend: Every other weekend
Responsibilities
- Float across 8 units within the Med/Surg Telemetry department
- Provide care for Med/Surg Tele, ED holds, ICU transfer-ready patients, and behavioral health medication coverage
Requirements
- 2+ years acute care experience
- 2+ years travel experience
- Telemetry monitoring, cardiac drips, rhythm interpretation & TR Band experience
- Active Massachusetts RN license
- AHA BLS certification
Schedule
- 12-hour shifts (days, nights, rotating)
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend
- 1–3 night rotations per contract
Patient Ratio
- Days/Eves: up to 1:5
- Nights: up to 1:6
