Travel Cardiac Telemetry RN - $2,165 per week
About the Role
Join a busy 41-bed Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit caring for a diverse patient population in a traveler-friendly facility. This is a 13-week travel nursing contract with straight night shifts (3x12s) and guaranteed 36 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in a 41-bed Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit
- Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry strips
- Manage cardiac drips and TR bands
- Administer high-flow oxygen therapy
- Care for patients with conditions including cardiac, respiratory, metabolic, psychiatric, substance use disorder, genitourinary (GU), and gastrointestinal (GI) issues
- Float to appropriate units as needed
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN License
- AHA BLS Certification
- Minimum 2 years of recent Med-Surg/Telemetry experience in one facility
- Minimum 2 previous years of travel nursing experience
- Ability to independently read and interpret telemetry strips
