Travel Cardiac Med-Surg Telemetry RN - $1,635 per week

About the role

A Hospital in Iowa is looking for an experienced MedSurg RN for a travel contract. The right candidate will have 2+ years of experience, hold an active BLS, and IA license (or compact).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and meetings.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and hospital policies.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa or a compact state.
• At least 2 years of recent, relevant clinical experience in MedSurg setting.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with telemetry monitoring equipment.

Pay

Exact pay package may vary based on guaranteed hours, distance being traveled, and customizations available for travelers. A Hospital in Iowa is offering a 13-week contract position with 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, and a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
