About the role

HCS 247 is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting August 17, 2026, in Peoria, Illinois. The position is a Local/Travel Contract offering 40 hours per week, 10-hour shifts, and a 7A-5P schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of patients for diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Operate equipment used in cardiac catheterization laboratories
• Monitor patient conditions during procedures and provide immediate assistance if necessary
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and successful outcomes

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• No new graduates

Qualifications

• Current state license
• Basic life support (BLS) certification

Pay

The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
