Travel Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist - $3,470 per week
About the role
The successful candidate will be a travel Cath Lab Technologist in Philadelphia, PA. This position offers 40 hours per week, 10-hour shifts, and a duration of 13 weeks.
Responsibilities
- Performs and/or assists with direct patient care
- Performs sheath removal
- Records and interprets hemodynamic waveforms and electrocardiograhic tracings
- Maintains and operates sophisticated radiologic equipment
- Assists physician in performing diagnostic and interventional, cardiac and peripheral catheterizations
- Monitors and stocks inventory and assists with patient transfer
- Maintains and operates electrophysiology equipment
- Maintains quality control program
Requirements
- Associates Degree in Radiologic Studies
- One year experience as a cardiac cath or interventional radiology technologist (preferred)
- American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) - Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) - Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) license
- American Heart Association (AHA) - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
