This position involves supporting coronary diagnostic and intervention procedures, peripheral vascular interventions, and permanent pacemaker placements within a high-acuity healthcare facility. The role offers a dynamic environment where skilled technologists can apply their expertise in a specialized Cardiovascular Laboratory setting. Job Details Certifications: ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists), Fluoroscopy Permit, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support). RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) not accepted. Valid or pending state license required, with consideration for candidates with pending Fluoroscopy permits provided permits are already applied for at submission. Education: Relevant certification and licensing as specified above. Location: Based in Eureka, California. Years of Experience: 2 years in a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory or similar setting preferred. Schedule: Dayshift, 10-hour shifts, minimum 40 hours per week. Responsibilities: Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures, including coronary angioplasty, stent placements, electrophysiology procedures, pacemaker insertions, and peripheral interventions with fluoroscopy. Maintain equipment, monitor patient hemodynamics, and ensure patient safety throughout complex procedures. Additional Details: Open to first-time travelers, with orientation provided. No floating rotation required. Must be able to work up to four days a week including up to four holiday shifts per scheduling cycle. Candidates must include responses to specific submittal questions including prior employment at a Providence facility and references covering the last three years.
