About the role
The CVIS/Radiology Technologist will provide high-quality imaging services and assist in various diagnostic procedures in a clinical setting. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and demonstrating excellent patient care throughout the imaging process.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of radiographic and cardiovascular imaging procedures.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging exams.
- Maintain equipment and ensure it is functioning properly.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare staff to provide optimal patient care.
- Accurately document all procedures and results.
- Participate in quality control and assurance activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in CVIS/Radiology technology.
- State of New York license is required at the time of submission.
- ARRT certification or equivalent from an accredited body (CCI - RCIS).
- Ability to work 9-10 call days per month.
- Experience with EPIC charting system preferred.

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
