About the role

Focus Staff is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a travel contract in Olympia, WA. In this position, you'll utilize cutting-edge technology to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of heart conditions, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize cutting-edge technology to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of heart conditions.
  • Aid in the assessment and management of patients undergoing cardiac procedures.
  • Collaborate with interventional cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a cardiac catheterization lab setting.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) or Radiology Technologist (ARRT) with Cardiac Interventional (CI).

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid state license to practice as a Cath Lab Technologist.
  • Knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

  • Proficient in operating and maintaining cath lab equipment.
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Pay
