About the role
HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Lonetree, Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic cardiac catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician
- Assist physicians during interventional procedures
- Prepare patients for procedures and assist with post-procedure care
- Operate and maintain equipment used in the catheterization laboratory
- Document procedures accurately and efficiently
Requirements
- RN with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the specialty
- 6 months of experience in allied health
- Adventurous spirit and dedication to patient care
- Appropriate certifications and licensure as required for the specific position
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year in specialty Allied
- 6 months of experience in allied health
- Current ACLS certification
- Current BLS certification
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
