Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 18 months permanent experience in the specialty applying for prior to travel. Previous charge experience is noted, but specific details are not provided.
• Licensure: Must have a permanent Ohio license in hand at time of submission. Compact licenses are accepted for any starts from 1/1/23 and forward.
• References: One reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager (ANM), supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required. Non-supervisory references will not be considered. For RNFA/CSFA positions only, one reference from a supervisor or physician is required.
• Assessments: PBDS Assessment is waived. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, requiring an acceptable score on both assessments.
• Drug Screening: Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) drug screen required within 12 months of start and must be updated annually.

Additional Information

• Required certifications need to be active with nothing pending.
• Extensions for candidates may be for a period of 18 months, after which a 6-month break is required unless the client chooses to defer.
• Facility does not accept any license hits.
• Candidates may extend with the client for a period of 18 months; after which a 6-month break is required unless client approval is received.
