Certifications, Education Requirements, and Degree Requirements

Certified Cath Lab X-ray Technician (must be registered) and previous experience in circulating and/or scrubbing, monitoring, preoperative, or recovery roles within the cath lab setting.

Additional Requirements

Candidates should have experience with procedures like heart caths, peripheral angiography, stent placements, and support devices such as Impella or IABP.

Responsibilities

• Assisting during invasive cardiovascular procedures
• Making sure patient status is monitored
• Ensuring proper operation of cath lab equipment

On-call Requirement

Yes, approximately 15 days every six weeks with self-scheduling.

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
