HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Orlando, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic cardiac catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
• Assist in the preparation of patients for catheterization procedures.
• Operate and monitor equipment used during catheterization procedures.
• Document patient information accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, days.
• 2 years of cath lab experience required.
• American College of Cardiology (ACC) Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) certification preferred.
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited medical technologist program.
• Current registration as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS).
