About the role

Our client is looking to add a Cath Lab Tech to their team. As a Cath Lab Tech, you will contribute to the cardiac patients’ healthcare team by assessing and monitoring patient nursing care, including preparing patients for procedures, administering medication, and supervising imaging equipment.

• Shift: 4×10-hour days, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients’ nursing care in the cardiac catheterization lab
• Prepare patients for procedures
• Administer medication
• Supervise and operate imaging equipment

Requirements

• Current ARRT certification
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and compassion
• Effective communication skills (active listening, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension)
• Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
