Travel Card Cath Technologist - $3,080 per week

About the Role

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week contract position in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The role involves assisting physicians during percutaneous cardiac and vascular procedures in a sterile environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the physician during percutaneous cardiac and vascular procedures.
• Perform basic EKG interpretation and pass the facility's EKG test.
• Maintain sterile technique in all procedures.
• Conduct hemodynamic monitoring and operate fluoroscopy equipment with C-arm and imaging processing.
• Utilize the EPIC electronic health record system effectively.

Requirements

• Experience in a Cath Lab or related clinical environment preferred.
• On-call rotation required 1-2 days a week and rotating weekend call every 3-4 weeks depending on staffing.

Qualifications

• Certifications/Licensure Required: BLS, ACLS, and either CCI-RCIS or ARRT RT certification.

Schedule

4 ten-hour shifts, Monday to Thursday, from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM in the Cath Lab, and 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM in the Operating Room.
