Responsibilities
- Review financial inputs against supporting records as part of the Travel Billing Specialist workflow.
- Reconcile discrepancies before reporting or processing to maintain financial record integrity.
- Track unresolved financial exceptions and coordinate their resolution.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation for all billing activities.
- Protect confidential account information throughout the billing process.
Success Profile
- Use Transaction Review and Invoice Review confidently in travel billing execution.
- Apply Caribbean Travel Planning without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
- Document Quality Control decisions clearly for teammate understanding.

Pay
Base salary: $45,000–$65,000 per year.
