Responsibilities

• Review financial inputs against supporting records as part of the Travel Billing Specialist workflow.
• Reconcile discrepancies before reporting or processing to maintain financial record integrity.
• Track unresolved financial exceptions and coordinate their resolution.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for all billing activities.
• Protect confidential account information throughout the billing process.

• Use Transaction Review and Invoice Review confidently in travel billing execution.

Pay

Base salary: $45,000–$65,000 per year.
