About the role

Fabventure Travel is hiring a Travel Billing Specialist to strengthen financial record integrity across Europe, Mediterranean and Caribbean cruises, all-inclusive vacations, honeymoons, family trips, and groups. The role focuses on travel billing specialized execution within Europe travel support, ensuring incomplete information is surfaced before it becomes downstream rework.

The expected contribution is dependable financial record integrity: clean records, explicit ownership, timely escalation, and fewer downstream fixes, measured through travel billing specialized execution within Europe travel support.

Responsibilities

• Own the Travel Billing Specialist workflow by reviewing financial inputs against supporting records.
• Coordinate the workflow by reconciling discrepancies before reporting or processing.
• Review the workflow by tracking unresolved financial exceptions.
• Maintain the workflow by ensuring audit-ready documentation.
• Track the workflow by protecting confidential account information.
• Resolve exceptions and manage deadlines while maintaining quality control.
• Document Cruise Vacation Operations decisions clearly for team reference.
• Exercise sound judgment in Audit Support, escalating issues when necessary.

Requirements

• Confidence in Exception Resolution and Deadline Management within travel billing.
• Ability to apply Quality Control without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
• Clear documentation skills for operational decisions.
• Strong judgment in Audit Support, including escalation when required.
• Full-time availability, associate level, 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $45,000–$65,000 per year.
