The expected contribution is dependable financial record integrity: clean records, explicit ownership, timely escalation, and fewer downstream fixes, measured through specialized execution within leisure booking support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Travel Billing Specialist workflow by maintaining audit-ready documentation.
• Review the workflow to protect confidential account information.
• Maintain the workflow by reviewing financial inputs against supporting records.
• Track the workflow by reconciling discrepancies before reporting or processing.
• Own the workflow by tracking unresolved financial exceptions.

Skills

• Use confidentiality and specialized execution confidently in travel billing.
• Apply knowledge of cruise and resort operations without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
• Document transaction review decisions clearly for team understanding.
• Exercise sound judgment in invoice review, especially when escalation is required.

Pay

Base salary: $45,000–$65,000 per year.

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
