Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant Assistant for a 10-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Elkhart, Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Assist patients with exercises, treatments, and activities of daily living.
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during sessions.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Experience in a home health setting preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a recognized physical therapy assistant program.
• Passing scores on relevant state licensing exams.
