Travel Assistant Director of Nursing, LTC Management - $2,075 per week

About the role

Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN Assistant Director of Nursing for a 15-week assignment in Suwanee, Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations and staff management
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
• Develop and implement nursing strategies to meet organizational goals
• Manage staffing levels and ensure adequate coverage
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current RN license in good standing
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an RN in a healthcare setting
• Experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing preferred
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

• Passport required for international assignments
• Travel authorization must be obtained before starting the assignment

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
