Responsibilities
- Cook up and organize travel plans, encompassing flights, lodgings, and rental vehicles for staff.
- Surefire compliance with company travel policies, budget stipulations, and favored vendor lists.
- Keep travel documents, itineraries, and schedules updated, ensuring precision and prompt updates.
- Support staff with travel-related queries, such as altering bookings, canceling trips, and resolving issues.
- Monitor and oversee travel budgets, expenses, and reporting.
- Stay abreast of travel industry developments, travel regulations, and best practices for efficient travel planning.
- Ensure that all travel arrangements match the company's goals, values, and employee satisfaction.
- Available for on-call support outside standard business hours, including weekends.
Requirements
- A degree in hospitality, tourism, or business administration.
- Experience as a travel agent, administrative/executive assistant, or scheduler.
- Outstanding organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Ability to tackle multiple tasks simultaneously and resolve issues swiftly and effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively within a team.
