Travel Adult Critical Care Respiratory Therapist - $2,066 per week

About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Boston, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care services to patients under the supervision of a physician.
• Perform diagnostic testing and interpret results.
• Administer treatments such as nebulizer treatments, oxygen therapy, and mechanical ventilation.
• Document patient care activities and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in the state of Massachusetts.
• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in respiratory therapy.
• Knowledge of advanced life support (ACLS) and pediatric advanced life support (PALS).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Pass a physical examination.

• Proficiency in using respiratory equipment and monitoring devices.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
