About the role
GrapeTree Medical Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN House Supervisor for a position at Grape Tree Medical Hospital in North Adams, Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff to ensure patient safety and quality care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Assist in managing patient flow and scheduling
- Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current RN license in good standing
- At least 1 year of experience as an RN in a healthcare setting
- Experience as a House Supervisor preferred
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of hospital policies and procedures

Pay
