Travel Acute Care Occupational Therapist - $2,446 per week

About the role

American Traveler is seeking an Occupational Therapist with at least 1 year of acute care experience and active IN licensure for an inpatient acute care hospital position in Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop and implement plans of care including ADL training, therapeutic exercises, and therapeutic activities to improve function
• Achieve and maintain compliance with regulatory standards and policies
• Assess and make recommendations for appropriate discharge disposition on a daily basis

Requirements

• Active Indiana OT license or Compact license required (license required if applicable)
• NBCOT certification required
• Current BLS certification required (AHA and RQI accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of OT experience in an acute care hospital setting
• Cerner experience required
• Two supervisor references required for consideration
• SSN and DOB required for consideration

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to pass a drug screen

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
