Traumatic Brain Injury Service Coordinator
About the role
This role centers on connecting individuals and families affected by traumatic brain injury to critical services, providing reliable information, and helping them navigate complex systems with confidence. The position covers Nashville area counties: Cheatham, Davidson, Dickson, Montgomery, Robertson, Sumner, Trousdale, Williamson, and Wilson. Candidates must reside in Tennessee, with a strong preference for Middle Tennessee.

As the voice of brain injury, we improve the quality of life of people affected by brain injury across their lifespan through advancing prevention, awareness, research, treatment, education, and advocacy.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized guidance and resource navigation
- Build and maintain provider and community partnerships
- Support outreach, education, and awareness initiatives
- Assist with reporting, tracking trends, and program improvements
- Help individuals access services, benefits, and available supports
Requirements
We are looking for someone who is empathetic, organized, and self-motivated, with the ability to manage responsibilities independently in a remote environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential.
Qualifications
- Experience in social services, healthcare, counseling, or a related field is preferred
- A bachelor's degree is preferred
- CBIS certification (or eligibility) is preferred

Pay
Salary range: $40,000–$46,000 (based on experience)
