This position requires an on-call schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support trauma cases as they arise. While this level of availability is essential for the role, we understand it may not be suitable for every candidate.
Responsibilities
- Sell Stryker Trauma products with a high degree of intensity and commitment to meet customers’ needs.
- Become the resident trauma expert, working with surgeons and healthcare professionals.
- Organize materials and provide solutions quickly during operating/emergency room consultations.
- Manage and maintain inventory of products, assisting customers whenever needed.
- Build credibility with surgeons by demonstrating knowledge of Stryker and competitors’ products.
- Provide advice and training on products and tools used in life-saving procedures.
- Participate in and attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside regular business hours.
- Adhere to compliance and ethical standards, maintaining privacy, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role (or a combination of the two).
- 1-3 years of sales experience preferred.
- Knowledge of sales principles, including marketing strategy, product demonstration, and sales techniques.
- Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in office technologies (MS Office suite, databases, etc.).
- Experience building and maintaining relationships, particularly with surgeons and hospitals.
- Comfortable working in emergency/operating room environments.

This role is 100% commission-based and eligible for bonuses.
