About the Role

We are seeking an EMDR trained/certified or Trauma Certified Clinician with evening and weekend availability. The ideal candidate will share our passion for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and thrive in a culture that values autonomy, flexibility, creativity, authenticity, humor, compassion, acceptance, and determination. Responsibilities

  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation (e.g., treatment plan reviews, case notes) according to company policy.
  • Maintain a caseload of 27 client sessions per week.
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
  • Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol.
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
  • Additional responsibilities as needed for the role.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Pennsylvania-issued clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
  • Experience with completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
  • Experience working with couples and families.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation in a timely manner.
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus).

Fully licensed clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels.

Pay

$67,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule

Flexible scheduling with a 32–35 hour work week. Position requires evening and weekend availability.

Location

This position is located in Exton, PA, with flexible work-from-home options available. The role operates under the general direction of the Clinical Director.
