About the role

Develop and oversee program, making recommendations and acting as a resource for all nursing staff related to patient care and clinical standards, policies and procedures.

Develop and document care plans and therapy programs.

Coordinate, assemble, and maintain documentation as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee program, making recommendations and acting as a resource for all nursing staff related to patient care and clinical standards, policies and procedures.
• Oversee trauma program accreditation for 2 sites (Elmbrook and CSMO).

Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• One or more of the following required: Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensure is dependent on state associate works in.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Qualifications

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
