Role: Staff RN in Trauma Intermediate Care unit, providing compassionate care to clinically complex trauma patients during night shifts. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor telemetry and vital signs.Administer medications and implement evidence-based interventions to support recovery and prevent complications.Collaborate with trauma surgeons, hospitalists, and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery processes.Maintain strict safety and infection-control standards to ensure patient safety.
