Responsibilities
- Advise clients on complex tort litigation matters
- Prepare and present legal arguments in court
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement litigation strategies
- Manage case files and ensure timely client communications
Requirements
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in at least one state
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Experience with tort law
- Knowledge of civil litigation procedures
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
