Transportation Team Leader

Description

McClure is searching for a skilled Team Leader for their growing Transportation team. The Team Leader will lead various high visibility and critical projects for the organization.

Demonstrated Ability

• Operate as an influential and collaborative part of the leadership team
• Build a client base and maintain strong client relationships
• Exhibit strong understanding of financials, achieving group profit and net revenue growth
• Promote process execution and friction-free project delivery in partnership with department leadership
• Show strong community presence through volunteer work on boards, commissions, and organizations
• Have a strong presence in the Traffic and Transportation Industry
• Understand high-level traffic and transportation technical innovations

Education And/or Experience Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field
• 10-12 years of progressive management experience in traffic/transportation
• Professional Engineering License, MBA, or history of successfully managing a profitable team
• Sustained success at building new and maintaining existing client relationships
