Transportation Surveyor Party Chief (JC-520365)

About the Position:

The Transportation Surveyor Party Chief (TS-PC) under the direction of a Senior Transportation Surveyor is the first professional supervisory level requiring a valid California Land Surveyors' License or equivalent. The TS-PC may supervise both professional and technical staff and is directly responsible for survey field crews and operations. The incumbent must possess and maintain a valid driver's license when operating State vehicles. Work assignments are based on Divisional and/or Departmental needs and can be assigned to any office within District 8, which includes San Bernardino and Riverside Counties.

• Supervise survey field crews and operations
• Maintain a valid California Land Surveyors' License or equivalent
• Operate State vehicles with a valid driver's license
