Transportation Supervisor

About the role

The Transportation Supervisor at Vivalon's Santa Rosa site provides first-line leadership and day-to-day supervision for a team of bus drivers. Key responsibilities include ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant transportation services, monitoring performance, providing coaching and corrective guidance, supporting driver training and development, and addressing operational and field issues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, reliable, and compliant transportation service
• Monitor performance and provide coaching and corrective guidance
• Support driver training and development
• Respond to operational and field issues as they arise
• Work closely with Operations, Safety, and HR to promote high performance, regulatory compliance, and a positive, customer-focused work environment
• Support drivers in meeting service and safety expectations

Requirements

• A valid Commercial Driver's License

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising a team of bus drivers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
