Core services include Rides, Meals, Classes, Care, and Advice. The Transportation Supervisor role at the Santa Rosa site ensures safe, reliable, and compliant transportation services.

Requirements

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of professional bus drivers to ensure safe, reliable, and high-quality service.
  • Monitor driver performance (on-time performance, hours, telematics data) and provide timely coaching and feedback.
  • Support hiring efforts, including interviewing drivers.
  • Complete performance evaluations and partner with Operations and HR on employee development and corrective actions.
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and motivating work environment through recognition and engagement.
  • Conduct ride-alongs and follow-ups to support driver success.
  • Serve as supervisor on duty as needed to address real-time operational or safety issues.
  • Support driver training programs and respond to field incidents when needed.
  • Step in as a backup driver when required.

What We’re Looking For

  • Leadership or supervisory experience in transportation or a related operational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of DOT, ADA, and passenger bus safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and coaching skills.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Operations, Safety, and HR.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain a California CDL with Passenger Endorsement.
  • Clean driving record and ability to pass required drug screenings.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
