Overview
CR&R is seeking a Transportation Services Manager to oversee daily route execution, driver performance, and service reliability across assigned operations. This role plays a critical role in ensuring safety, compliance, and productivity while supporting frontline teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily route execution and driver performance
- Cook with dispatch, maintenance, and customer service
- Monitor productivity, safety, and attendance
- Resolve service issues and support customer needs
- Ensure compliance with DOT and OSHA requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in operations or service environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Solid waste experience and bilingual Spanish preferred
Pay
$75,000 - $80,000 per year
