What You Will Do
The Transportation Security Support Analyst supports TSA leadership through executive communications, strategic planning, business operations, reporting, and Microsoft 365-enabled process improvement. This role:
- Develops executive briefings, presentations, talking points, decision memos, and leadership communications
- Manages leadership taskings, action items, correspondence, and follow-up activities
- Supports strategic planning, performance management, organizational reporting, and front office initiatives
- Assesses business and quality management processes, recommends improvements, and supports operational efficiency
- Creates dashboards, metrics, and executive reporting products using Power BI and Excel
- Builds Power Automate workflows to streamline approvals, document management, reporting, and routine processes
- Manages SharePoint sites, document repositories, and collaboration tools to improve information sharing and governance
Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "Public Trust"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their Public Trust prior to onboarding. Candidates with an active Public Trust or suitability are preferred.
- Bachelor's degree
- Three (3) or more years of experience supporting federal executive offices, business operations, strategic communications, or program management activities
Qualifications
The following experience is nice to have:
- Supporting TSA, DHS, or other Federal agencies
- Developing executive briefings, presentations, and leadership communications
- Supporting senior executives and coordinating cross-functional initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communicator able to tailor messages for executive audiences
- Managing SharePoint administration, content, and collaboration tools
- Developing Power Automate workflows and process automation solutions
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook skills
- Strong organization, analytical, and multitasking skills
- Managing competing priorities in a fast-paced executive environment
- Developing solutions using Power Apps and Power BI
- Knowledge of federal governance, strategic planning, and performance management processes
- Familiarity with records management, information governance, and SharePoint Online best practices
