About the role
The Transportation Sales Representative at FreezPak Logistics is responsible for developing new business opportunities and growing transportation revenue through strategic prospecting, relationship-building, and customer acquisition efforts.
Responsibilities
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.
- Identify customer transportation and logistics needs and present customized solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations, customer meetings, and business development activities.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure successful execution of services.
- Maintain accurate sales activity and customer records within CRM systems.
- Stay informed on transportation market trends and industry developments.
- Consistently achieve sales goals and business development objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year of professional sales experience preferred.
- Transportation, logistics, freight brokerage, supply chain, or B2B sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Experience prospecting and generating new business opportunities.
- Proven ability to build relationships and close sales.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Pay
$55,000 – $70,000 + Uncapped Residual Commission
