This opportunity is different from other freight brokerages as you are not just selling promises but backed by a real fleet of trucks, capacity, and operational support.
Responsibilities
- Build long-term shipper relationships
- Close freight opportunities
- Sell capacity and operational support to shippers
- Develop a strong book of business
- Generate revenue through aggressive commission structure
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of proven success in freight brokerage and/or transportation sales
- A fierce hunter mentality with a competitive drive and strong outbound prospecting ability
- Confidence closing deals and developing accounts
- Strong track record of generating revenue

- High School diploma or GED required
