This opportunity is different from other freight brokerages as you are not just selling promises but backed by a real fleet of trucks, capacity, and operational support.

Responsibilities

  • Build long-term shipper relationships
  • Close freight opportunities
  • Sell capacity and operational support to shippers
  • Develop a strong book of business
  • Generate revenue through aggressive commission structure

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of proven success in freight brokerage and/or transportation sales
  • A fierce hunter mentality with a competitive drive and strong outbound prospecting ability
  • Confidence closing deals and developing accounts
  • Strong track record of generating revenue

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required
