This position is a great opportunity for someone with a background in customer service, recruiting, coaching, sales, or call center operations who enjoys connecting with people and working toward retention goals.

- Build positive relationships with prospective BCOs and provide a professional, helpful experience throughout the initial recruiting process.
- Participate in the coordination, setup, and representation of Landstar at transportation industry and truck shows, including occasional travel.
- Accurately document recruiting activities and maintain BCO records for future reference, follow‑up, and reporting.
