Transportation Planning Team Leader

About the role

Garver seeks a Transportation Planning Team Leader to join our growing Transportation Team in Oklahoma. This leadership role will be responsible for managing and delivering transportation planning and project development studies, leading public and stakeholder engagement efforts, and supporting the continued growth of Garver's transportation planning practice across Oklahoma and the surrounding region. The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with business development and client relationship skills to help expand Garver's presence in transportation planning while delivering innovative solutions for state, regional, and local transportation agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage transportation planning, feasibility, and corridor studies from project initiation through completion.
• Pursue and win transportation planning and project development opportunities through client engagement, proposal development, interview participation, and industry involvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with transportation agencies, municipalities, metropolitan planning organizations, and industry partners.
• Mentor and develop junior staff
