Transportation Network Manager I

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes within a healthcare environment. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Cultivates relationships with national transportation providers and identifies growth opportunities
• Supports transportation network growth plans in collaboration with the capacity and planning team
• Standardizes capacity models to enhance efficiency in the NEMT provider network
• Recruits new transportation providers and develops existing network opportunities
• Collaborates with community organizations to explore alternative transportation options

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ten (10) plus years of experience in account management, NEMT, and/or transportation
• One (1) plus years of experience in medical, specialty, and/or disability transportation management
• Government contracting experience strongly preferred
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare landscape, including MCOs, Medicare, Medicaid, and Health Systems

Pay

$111,000 – $114,000 annually
