Transportation Manager

About the role

Propark Mobility is seeking a Transportation Manager to join our Regional Team in Jersey City, New Jersey. This role ensures day-to-day compliance with State, Federal, and Company requirements, including DOT Federal Regulations and vehicle registration processes. You will maintain a safe environment, schedule and supervise vehicle maintenance, manage maintenance staff, and oversee outside vendors. Additional responsibilities include conducting driver evaluations, on-the-road shuttle training, and classroom orientation and training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with State, Federal, and Company requirements, including DOT Federal Regulations and vehicle registration processes
• Maintain working knowledge of Federal, State, and local rules and regulations applicable to transportation operations
• Ensure a safe environment and that all maintenance and related activities conform to company policies and regulatory requirements
• Schedule and supervise vehicle maintenance to ensure work is completed to the highest standards
• Maintain and submit monthly maintenance reports for all vehicles
• Manage maintenance staff and oversee work performed by outside vendors
• Conduct driver evaluations, on-the-road shuttle training, and classroom orientation and training

Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven leadership in the hospitality and/or parking industries
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the transportation, bus, and/or passenger mobility services industry
• Commercial Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement
• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in work experience
• Must be able to work in the Jersey City, New Jersey area with flexibility for base location

Pay

Salary range: $70,000.00; commensurate with experience, plus incentive bonus potential
