Pay

Target annual salary range of $95,000–$105,000 based on experience. Opportunity for a 15% annual bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervisors, drivers, common carriers, and overall transportation operations to ensure finished goods are delivered to distribution centers
• Staff, train, evaluate, and develop team members; monitor employee productivity and timekeeping
• Ensure adherence to delivery standards and regulatory requirements
• Manage drivers’ delivery schedules and hours worked
• Develop and manage the transportation budget; review and approve transportation invoices
• Work directly with manufacturing plants and distribution centers to manage carrier relationships and conduct carrier meetings
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related experience and 2+ years of management experience, or
• High school diploma with 8+ years of specific experience and 4+ years of management experience

Preferred:

• Master’s degree
