Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in civil engineering or related field
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or similar
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Microstation, InRoads, CAiCE)
- Knowledge of GDOT design standards and policies
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable
Preferred
- Master's degree in civil engineering
- Active participation in professional organizations
