Transportation EIT/Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Work on a team with other project engineers on the detailed design of urban and rural roadway projects
• Take responsibility for alignment and profile, geometrics, drainage, development of plans, and construction estimates
• Provide assistance with the creation and submission of technical reports, specifications, and calculations
• Perform other duties as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar field
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD
• Familiarity and demonstrated experience with Highways and Roads engineering software such as Bentley ConceptStation and Open Roads Designer and/or Autodesk Infraworks and Civil3D
• Previous internship or entry-level engineering experience
• Experience using Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite
• Engineer In Training (EIT) or the ability to obtain. Candidates hired without the EIT will be hired as a Transportation Design Coordinator and will be expected to obtain the EIT for career progression
